Shipping and Delivery
Domestic Shipping (Colombia)
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and package weight.
- Medellín and Antioquia: Delivery time: 2 to 5 business days. Shipping cost: $10,000 COP.
- Main cities (Armenia, Barranquilla, Bogotá, Bucaramanga, Cali, Cartagena, Cúcuta, Ibagué, Manizales, Montería, Neiva, Pasto, Pereira, Santa Marta, Sincelejo, Valledupar, and Villavicencio): Delivery time: 2 to 5 business days. Shipping cost: $16,000 COP.
- Other cities: Delivery time: 5 to 10 business days. Shipping cost: $22,000 COP.
Shipments are handled through Inter Rapidísimo and Servientrega.
International Shipping
- International shipments are handled through DHL and FedEx.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the shipping provider. On average, orders are delivered within 8 to 10 business days from the dispatch date.

- Customers are responsible for paying any taxes or customs duties applicable in the destination country.
Delivery Conditions
- Products will be delivered to the address provided by the User at the time of purchase.
- Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. CS90 SAS is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
- If a package is returned to CS90 SAS due to incorrect or incomplete information, the User will be responsible for additional reshipping costs.
Return, Exchange, and Right of Withdrawal Policies
Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute), Users have the right to withdraw from a purchase within five (5) business days after receiving the product, provided the purchase was made through electronic means.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, Users must:
- Notify their intention to withdraw by emailing customerservice@attrybe.com within the specified timeframe.
- Return the product in the same condition it was received: unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags, parts, and accessories included.
- Cover the transportation and other costs associated with returning the product.
CS90 SAS will refund the amount paid by the User, without deductions or withholding, within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the right of withdrawal was exercised.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
- Products made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.
- Personal use items, such as underwear, socks, and scarves, for hygiene and health reasons.
Exchange and Return Policy
- Users have up to twenty (20) calendar days from receiving the product to request an exchange or return.
- The product must be in perfect condition, unused, free of odors or perfumes, and in its original packaging, with tags, parts, accessories, and manuals included.
- Products on promotion or special discounts are not eligible for exchanges or returns, except for warranty cases.
- Users will bear the costs of transportation and other expenses related to the return or exchange, except in cases of warranty or dispatch errors.
- To request an exchange or return, Users must email customerservice@attrybe.com with their order number and details of the request.
Exchange or Return Options
- Size or Color Exchange: Subject to inventory availability.
- Store Credit: A code or virtual voucher will be issued for the paid amount, redeemable for future purchases on the Site.
- Refund: Applicable only for the right of withdrawal or when a refund is legally warranted.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to reflect in the User’s account, depending on the processing times of the financial institution. Any delays are not attributable to the Provider.
Legal Warranty
In compliance with Article 7 of Law 1480 of 2011, all our products come with a legal warranty that covers manufacturing or quality defects for the period established by law or as indicated on the product.
To claim the warranty, Users must:
- Notify CS90 SAS of the defect by emailing customerservice@attrybe.com with details and evidence of the defect, such as photos or videos.
- Return the product in the condition it was received, without any misuse or improper handling.
CS90 SAS will repair, replace, or refund the amount paid for the product, as applicable, and in accordance with the law.
Limitation of Liability
- CS90 SAS will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site or the purchased products, even if CS90 SAS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- CS90 SAS is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to products after they have been handed over to the carrier, though we will assist in resolving any issues.
Taxes and Duties
Domestic Purchases
- Prices include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) in Colombia.
International Purchases
- Prices do not include taxes, duties, or fees that may apply in the destination country.
- Users are responsible for paying any applicable import taxes and duties in their country.
