These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the access and use of the website www.attrybe.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), owned by CS90 SAS (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider” or “We”), identified with NIT 901646472-4, headquartered in Medellín, Colombia. By accessing, browsing, and using this Site, and/or making a purchase through it, you (hereinafter referred to as the “User” or “Customer”) acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them, as well as by all applicable laws and regulations.

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

By using the Site and making a purchase, the User fully and unreservedly accepts all these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with these Terms, either partially or entirely, we request that you refrain from using the Site.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of CS90 SAS or its content providers and is protected by Colombian and international intellectual and industrial property laws, including Law 23 of 1982, Andean Decision 351 of 1993, and TRIPS agreements.

Users are not authorized to reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, alter, transform, commercialize, or otherwise exploit the Site’s content without prior written consent from CS90 SAS.
All clothing designs are copyrighted, and any imitation or reproduction will be pursued under applicable jurisdiction for potential offenses such as trademark or copyright infringement.

User Registration and Data Protection

User Registration and Account

Users can make purchases on the Site as a guest or by registering and creating an account. When registering, the User agrees to provide truthful, accurate, up-to-date, and complete information as requested in the registration form.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and for restricting access to their computer or device. The User agrees to take responsibility for all activities that occur under their account or password.

Personal Data Protection

CS90 SAS, in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, guarantees the protection of personal data provided by the User. Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be consulted on the Site.

Pricing and Payment Methods

Pricing:

Product prices listed on the Site are expressed in Colombian Pesos (COP) and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) in Colombia. Prices do not include shipping costs or international taxes or customs duties that may apply in the destination country.
CS90 SAS reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Payment Methods:

The products and services offered on the Site can be purchased using the available payment methods:

• Bold Payment Gateway: Credit card, debit card, and PSE.
• Mercado Pago Gateway: Credit card, debit card, PSE, and Efecty.

Payment is considered complete once the financial entity confirms the transaction. If the payment is rejected by the financial entity, the order will be automatically canceled, and CS90 SAS will have no obligation to dispatch the requested products.

Shipping and Deliveries

National Shipping (Colombia)

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package weight.

• Medellín and Antioquia: Delivery time of 2 to 5 business days. Shipping cost: $10,000 COP.
• Main Cities (Armenia, Barranquilla, Bogotá, Bucaramanga, Cali, Cartagena, Cúcuta, Ibagué, Manizales, Montería, Neiva, Pasto, Pereira, Santa Marta, Sincelejo, Valledupar, and Villavicencio): Delivery time of 2 to 5 business days. Shipping cost: $16,000 COP.
• Other Cities: Delivery time of 5 to 10 business days. Shipping cost: $22,000 COP.

Shipments are handled through Inter Rapidísimo and Servientrega.

Final Provisions

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed illegal, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal documents published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between the User and CS90 SAS.
