Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need to create an account to place an order; you can shop as a guest. However, registering will grant you access to exclusive benefits and speed up future purchases.

How can I reset my password?

If you forgot your password, select the “Forgot your password?” option on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Bold and Mercado Pago gateways, including credit cards, debit cards, PSE, and Efecty.

How long does shipping take, and what are the costs?

  • Medellín and Antioquia: 2 to 5 business days. Cost: $10,000 COP.
  • Main cities: 2 to 5 business days. Cost: $16,000 COP.
  • Other cities: 5 to 10 business days. Cost: $22,000 COP.

How can I return or exchange an item?

Submit your request within twenty (20) calendar days of receiving the order to customerservice@attrybe.com, providing the reason and details of the return or exchange.

Will I receive a full refund for my order?

Refunds will be issued for the amount paid for the products. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent.

Can I get store credit instead of a refund?

Yes, you can opt to receive store credit for future purchases on our website.
