5. SHIPPING AND ORDERS

Shipping charges will be added to your order, USA are currently with free shipping over 85USD. for all other purchases, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will be based on your shipping address and estimated weight of your package.

Our shipments are made through DHL, the delivery time depends on the country and would be sent once the order is approved, which means when the bank or payment system accepts the payment. Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers. If you don’t receive this, please check your spam folder.

6. DELIVERY TIMES AND CONDITIONS

While every effort is taken to send orders out as quickly as possible, in some instances, orders may take up to 7 working days to dispatch. After dispatch, you should expect an added wait time respective the courier service.

Please note that the customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.

OUR HASSLE-FREE RETURNS POLICY

For all orders: if for any reason you decide not to keep any item you have ordered, you have up to 20 days from receipt of the order to decide whether to return it to us.

  • You must identify the product and the date of purchase.
  • The product must be new, unopened and/or unused, free of odors and perfumes. If the product has been opened, it must be unused, with all original packaging, tags, parts, accessories, complete manuals and labels attached.
  • Underwear (panties, bras, boxer shorts, briefs, socks) do not have change.
  • If there is an error in your order, you can request a change according to these times:
    • Maximum time limit for change (up to 20 days).
    • Promotional items are non-exchangeable.
    • Due to exchange policies, there is no cash refund, a code or virtual voucher is generated to be redeemed within the site, except for the use of the right of withdrawal.
  • Exchanges of garments are made for the amount actually paid.

Ways to request an exchange of a line item (promotional product can only be exchanged by right of withdrawal).

9. REFUND POLICIES

If a refund is selected, all successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Store credit is the quickest option if you would like to order another product in exchange without having to wait for a refund. If a refund is selected and the costumer haven’t returned the order, we won’t complete the process.

10. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

Attrybe is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments and will not pay shipping cost for uncollected packages. However, if your package does not arrive, please contact DHL for support ###################

11. DAMAGED/ OPENED BOX

if you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. please also contact us at contactsales@attrybe.com

  1. Changes and returns.

         We accept returns within 10 business days from the date you received the products of your purchase.

         Items must be in their original conditions, unused and with original tags included.

         Returns of items with obvious signs of wear, washing or alteration will not be accepted.

 

  1.  Return process:

To start the return process, the buyer must contact our customer service department, by providing the order number and a detailed description of the reason for the return.

         If the change is made for preference reasons (change of color or reference) or wrong size, shipping cost and other related costs involved in returning the goods will be covered by the buyer.

         Once Attrybe receives the return from the customer, it will have a period of 4 business days to send the official response, after having verified all the requirements for the return process, it will indicate whether the change is accepted or not.

         Into the communication, customer must choose one of the options that Attrybe has for changes:

  2. Color change. 
  3. Credit note on the web page. 

4.Refund (Attrybe will have up to 10 calendar days to refund the money paid).

         – After the customer chooses one of the options given to resolve the return process, Attrybe after-sales area will have until 8 business days to send the chosen clothes or inform the customer about his balance

  1. Warranty

Products warranty period of 30 calendar days.

         Warranty items must be washed or cleaned.

         No changes will be accepted for items with obvious signs of misuse or that show a lack of follow on the washing instructions or showing wear and tear or alteration due to misuse.

         Attrybe will provide the return waybill for the product that is the subject of the quality claim and will assume the shipping costs related to our partner carrier.

  1. Non-refundable items, not subject to exchanges and/or returns:

Attrybe will not accept exchanges or returns on items considered personal use goods, such as underwear or products considered intimate, such as bodysuits, bikers, boxers and stockings, for hygiene and safety reasons.

In the cases in which ATTRYBE generates the shippingguide, in the applicable cases, which will be done only by our allied logisticscompany, if the customer makes the return shipment independently or usesanother transport company, the responsibility of the product and associatedcosts goes on the buyer if there is a loss, incident and/or affectation duringthe time in transport.

The processing time for returns and changes may have variations especially in peak season where there is a high flow of purchases, for this reason we may take a little longer than usual, the ATTRYBE team will be working hard to complete the process as quickly as possible.
